From 8 to 11 May 2023, in the the Group Work Reading Room was 1st Board Game Tournament, organised by the Main Library and the UPWr Student Government.
For the first three days (8-10 May), group games took place. People registered for the day were divided into groups - each group played a board game drawn from among four titles (Photosynthesis, Everdell, Dice Brewing or Na skrzydłach). The winners of each group then faced another game (Niezwykłe ogrody). The finalists of the day competed for victory and prizes at the Tournament Final, on Thursday 11 May, playing each other's game of Wsiąść do Pociągu. Dookoła Świata.
